How I can help you.

I support internationals struggling with stress, anxiety or low mood. I'm genuinely interested in hearing your unique story. Your goals are in focus and I'll adopt my approach accordingly. Together we'll explore how the past might have influenced you, through online, face to face or walking sessions. The aim is to find a way forward assisted by evidence based psychological practices. On this journey the main tools will be Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). These are quite practical approaches, designed to promote sustainable change to assist you to live more in accordance with your values.

I offer online and face to face sessions in Oslo. I'm passionate about working collaboratively, identifying helpful tools and strategies to draw upon to overcome challenges and develop a more sustainable and well balanced lifestyle.

Walk 'n' Talk Sessions

Join me for walking therapy sessions at various locations in the Oslo area. We will walk along well-established quiet routes around the region. The first session will be online and from then on; outdoors - side by side.

 

The duty of confidentiality applies and it can’t be 100% guaranteed, if parts of a conversation are overheard. However, I will discuss strategies on how to best manage this. For example, take breaks or speak more quietly when passing people.

 

Many people can experience physical as well as psychological benefits from engaging in therapy whilst walking in nature.
